"I am very happy for Ashlee, Kennedy, Siena, and Jada, and quite honestly the whole team," said First-Year Head Coach Todd Ciochetto. "These are individual awards, but these four would be the first to tell you they needed their teammates to get this recognition. All four of these young ladies are very deserving of these awards."

Under Ciochetto, the Norse finished the season ranked #16 in the country with a 22-9 overall record.  They had a 13-1 record in Northern Conference Play and were the co-conference champion after finishing the season tied with Mid Michigan. Bay's season came to end with a loss to Jackson College in the Region Semifinal Game.
