ESCANABA, MI – The Bay College Men's and Women's Basketball teams announced their 2019-2020 schedules earlier today.  Season tickets are now available and include ten regular season home dates and three preseason exhibitions.

Both teams kick off their home season with exhibitions against Northern Michigan University.  The women will host the Wildcats on October 20 at 2 pm, while the men will welcome NMU on October 24 at 7 pm.  Both teams kick off their regular season on the road the first two weekends in November before starting their home portion of the schedule on November 18 when they host UW-Green Bay, Marinette.  Alpena Community College makes the trip to Escanaba on November 25.

Bay College will host two holiday events this year.  On December 14 and 15 the Norse will welcome Harper College, Milwaukee Area Technical College, and Gogebic Community College onto campus for the third installment of the Quality Inn & Suites Holiday Classic.  Bay College will face Harper College on Saturday and MATC on Sunday.  January 3 and 4 will feature a new event to the Norse Basketball Schedule, the Quality Inn & Suites New Year's Tournament.  Bay will open up with Sault College on January 3.  As this event is in a true tournament format, their opponent for January 4 will be determined by the outcomes of all of the games.  Gogebic Community College and Western Technical College are the other two teams participating that weekend.

The schedule continues with an important homestand in mid-January.  On January 15 U.P. and Region XIII rival Gogebic Community College will be on campus.  The men continue with Region XIII play on January 18 when Dakota County Technical College makes their annual trip to Escanaba.  The homestand concludes with a showdown against Finlandia College on January 25.  The last scheduled home game will feature Bryant & Stratton College on February 8.

Season tickets are available by visiting https:baycollege.tix.com, at the Besse Theater Box Offics, or by calling 906-217-4045.  Reserved season tickets for home games are $100, while general admission season tickets are $75.
